The service

MiCasaTour turns a LiDAR scan, or an architect’s sales plan, into a stylised tour that a buyer can walk in a browser. You can publish it, share a link, and embed it on sites you allow.

A tour is an illustration of a home. It is not a survey, a valuation, or a measurement you can rely on in a contract or a listing. Areas are used to price the tour. Furniture and materials are drawn from our library. They are not a promise of what is in the property.

Who these terms are for

The service is for businesses: agencies, photographers, developers and similar. By creating an account you confirm that you act for a business. If a consumer-protection rule still applies to you, nothing here removes a right that the law does not allow us to remove.

Your account

Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with the account. The details you give us, including the business name and VAT ID, must be accurate. One free tour is available per company. It is tied to the account, the VAT number and the company email domain, so a new sign-up does not reset it.

The scanner app

The iOS app captures a property and uploads it. It does not sell or spend credits. Buying credits and starting processing happen on the website. Apple’s terms also apply to downloading the app from Apple.

What you upload

You keep ownership of the scans, plans, logos, text and listing details you upload. You give us permission to host, process, display and back them up for as long as we need to provide the service, including showing the published tour to anyone with the link.

You confirm that you have the right to capture the property and to upload any personal data in it, including a private address or a client’s name, and that you will give those people the information data-protection law requires.

What is ours

The software, the player and the furniture and materials belong to us or our licensors. During a tour’s hosting period you may use the published tour, including embedding it on the domains you list. You may not copy the player or the model library, or present the service as a platform of your own.

Credits and payment

Credits are bought on the website through Stripe. One credit is worth €1 before tax at the starter pack. Larger packs include bonus credits. A tour’s price is calculated from the measured area: 5 credits, plus 0.12 credits per indoor square metre, plus 0.05 credits per outdoor square metre. Only the first 500 outdoor square metres are billed. The result is rounded up to a whole credit.

Prices exclude VAT. Spanish VAT is added at checkout. An EU business with a valid VAT ID may be reverse-charged. Invoices are issued by Stripe.

Credits expire 12 months after the latest purchase. A new purchase resets that date for the whole balance. If processing fails, the credits charged for that tour are returned. If a payment is refunded, unspent credits from that payment are removed. Unused credits are not paid out in cash, except where the law requires it.

The free tour

Each company gets one free tour, up to 150 m² indoor and 100 m² outdoor. A larger property does not qualify. If the measured area is over a limit after an estimate that fitted, only the area inside the limits is processed. Publishing is included. Hosting follows the same rules as a paid tour, starting when the tour is delivered. If processing fails, the free tour is given back.

Hosting

A tour is hosted for six months from processing, at no extra credit cost. Each further year costs 5 credits. You can renew yourself or turn on automatic renewal for that tour. If it is not renewed, the public link and the embed say the tour is unavailable. They do not say that a payment was missed.

We work to keep hosted tours online. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, and we do not promise a particular response time.

Off-plan projects

For a home that is not built yet, you can send us the architect’s sales plan. We quote that work separately and invoice it outside the credit packs. Nothing is charged in credits for building that tour. Once it is in your account, hosting and these terms apply as for any other tour.

Acceptable use

Do not upload a property you are not allowed to capture. Do not upload unlawful content. Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, and do not open extra accounts to claim the free tour again. We may suspend an account that does this. We will tell you, unless the law stops us or waiting would cause harm.

When we process data for you

For private addresses, client names, personal links, enquiries, and a visit tied to one of those, you are the controller and we are the processor. This section is the processing agreement.

• We process that data only to provide the service, following these terms and the actions you take in the dashboard.
• Access is limited to people who need it to run the service.
• We use the providers named in the Privacy policy as subprocessors. A material change to that list is posted there.
• You can delete a personal link or an enquiry yourself, and that removes the personal association. We help with other requests from the people concerned, as far as we reasonably can.
• If we become aware of a breach of that data, we will tell you without undue delay.
• When the account is deleted, that data is deleted on the timetable in the privacy policy, except the free-tour marker and records the law tells us to keep.
• You are responsible for having a lawful basis, and for what you tell the people whose data you upload.

Liability

We do not limit liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including fraud and injury caused by negligence. Otherwise we are not liable for lost profit, lost listings or other indirect loss. Our total liability arising in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us during those 12 months.

You are responsible for the listing, the price and what you tell a buyer. A decision to visit, offer or buy is not something we are part of.

Ending the contract

You can delete the account in Settings. We can suspend or end it if you break these terms, if we are required to, or if we stop offering MiCasaTour. If we stop the service, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data. Credits already spent are not returned because you closed the account. Unused credits are not paid out in cash.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. For a material change we will post it here and, where we have your email, tell you. If you keep using the service after the change takes effect, you accept it. If you do not, delete the account before that date.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. The courts of Spain have jurisdiction, except where a mandatory rule gives you a different court.
