- What do you need from us?
- The sales plans as PDF, one per unit type. Plans with room names, areas and a scale bar work best. If you have a finishes specification, mention it in the notes or email it to us.
- How accurate is it?
- We trace each room from the plan and check it against the area printed on it. Like the plan itself, the tour can change during construction, and every tour says so.
- Can buyers see the finishes?
- Tours come with neutral finishes. We can match the floors and colours of your specification.
- And once the homes are built?
- Built homes are scanned with the MiCasaTour app by an agency or a photographer. The tours look and work the same.
