Photoreal 3D tours

See the home as it really is.

A photoreal 3D tour shows the home exactly as it is, captured room by room in one scan. Buyers walk through it at their own pace, on a phone or laptop, with no app.

See the home as it really is.

How it is made

One walk through the house. Every room, captured.

  1. 1

    Scan

A photographer walks the home once with the MiCasaTour scanner app. The scan measures each room and captures how it looks.

  2. 2

    Tour

Each room and outdoor area becomes part of one walkable tour, with the measured floor plan underneath, so every room keeps its name and size.

  3. 3

    Share

Publish it, then place it beside the listing: a link, an embed for your website, a QR code for the shop window.

Two views, one tour

The real home, or a styled one.

Photo view

The home exactly as it was captured: its light, its furniture, the view from the window. Every tour opens this way.

Stylised view

A clean 3D model of the same rooms, with the furniture and finishes you choose. Use it to declutter or restyle a home, and for any room the scan could not capture.

The technology

Built with Gaussian splatting.

Photo view uses Gaussian splatting, a recent way of turning a scan into a 3D scene that looks like a photograph from every angle. Each room becomes one splat, and visitors walk through them in the browser.

Questions

Before your first tour.

What is a photoreal 3D tour?
A photoreal 3D tour shows the home exactly as it is, captured room by room in one scan. Buyers walk through it at their own pace, on a phone or laptop, with no app.
How is it different from a 360 tour?
A 360 tour holds the visitor at fixed points and jumps from one to the next. In a photoreal 3D tour they cross the floor, turn, and look out of the window from wherever they stop.
What is Gaussian splatting?
Gaussian splatting rebuilds a scanned room from many small, soft points of colour, so it looks like a photograph from any angle. MiCasaTour uses it for photo view.
Does it open on a phone?
Yes. The tour opens in the browser, on a phone or a laptop. There is no app to install and no account to create.
Does the tour publish the address?
No. The address stays private. It never appears in the tour, in link previews, or in the page's metadata.
